Hoy en día, es un lugar tranquilo, ubicado a solo 5 minutos del pueblo de Samaná. El inmueble se encuentra a unos 500 metros de la playa de Anadel. Además, cuenta con muelles cercanos para quienes deseen visitar Cayo Levantado, que está a solo 15 minutos en lancha.
