The area around the hotel was nice and very walkable to local sights. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was very limited storage in the bathroom. As it does have a reception it is difficult to get information about the area or communicate about room.

Three night stay. Never got email re access pin to check in, but easily done (in the rain) outside the door. There is no front desk or staff. 15 minute walk from train station. Got the large room with corner windows, nice view, beautifully furnished room, with fridge, teas, coffee. And a Mozart bust! Good location - 2 blocks from Linzergasse, a main walking street down to the river. Restaurants, shops, pharmacy, groceries all nearby. Quiet at night. Only caveat is no info on emergency services if needed - communication via chatbot or what’s app. Felt isolated that way. Otherwise a great place to stay while enjoying Salzburg!

The extra large room was perfect for three adults, lots of space. Good location near to bus stops but walkable to the old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. Great mountain views from our room on the top floor. Digital check-in worked well with good communication. Clean towels etc freely available from cupboard. Very quiet inside. Only downside was that the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but otherwise would definitely recommend.

Way happy with my stay. Was worried when I had booked without realising there was no front desk but everything worked as it should. The few questions I had were Answered instantly via WhatsApp. So no worries on that score. The property is modern, clean and quiet. Kettle and coffee machine in room and a functional breakfast in the restaurant next door can be included. I only stayed one night so I don’t know what it might be lie if you stayed a number of nights without rooms being serviced. You can pay to have that done. But other than that there’s no downside to this that I found. Recommended.

Again easy to get in and we got early check in which was a nice bonus! Rooms spacious and fittings decadent. Comfortable bed. Gorgeous bath at the end of the bed was a wonderful relief with the unexpected cold weather. Close to all attractions. Only question is that a toaster for breakfast would be great. Otherwise fantastic stay.
