The room I had can’t be called a room. It was a walk- in closet. Tiny, shabby - uncomfortable bed- more like a hostel than a hotel. I could not sleep for two nights and had to change the room for extra money, of course . Property so tired - I felt it was all polluted. No show just a bath inbejich was hard to climb. I was not able to use any body wash. It was unseeable . Simply a disgusting room.

This property is at a prime location. Walking distance to the station and also to points of interests. Rooms are big, clean. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend the inclusive breakfast. It’s delish. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Salzburg.

I’d stay there again.

We loved our stay. Really great hotel and very helpful English speaking staff. 8-10min walk from train station, 3-5 min to Mirabellgarten (at least 6 shooting locations from sound of music). We had the junior suite, 10/10 shower/water pressure with plenty of towels for a family of 4. Very comfortable pillows and blanket. Excellent breakfast with real eggs, bacon, sausage and many other items. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay.

Great stay!

Great hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The service was great. The location is great too. It was just s few minute walk from Mirabell Palace and about an 8 min walk from the train station.
