OCEANSIDE Salvo - Colony Drive - FLIPPIN' SWEET is just six lots from the ocean. A crow's nest deck offers beautiful views of the sound and is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunset. The uncovered decks are on the south-southwest corner for maximum sun, and the screened porch has rocking chairs for spending an old-fashioned evening on the porch. The house is bright and comfortable with an open great room, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms (queen, pyramid bunk and single) share a hall bath, and the master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and private bath. It's so refreshing that you'll want to come back year after year!

New for 2026: Home is no longer dog friendly.

The location of the property was great, but the cleanliness of the property was extremely disappointing. There was black mold in the hallway bathroom vent, stains all over the carpet and the stove fan completely covered in dust are just a few examples. Also, the property description said there was a hot tub, and there was not.

Cute house! Overall, good experience. The kitchen and living area are a bit small but perfect for two to three couples or a single family. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. The outside porch was very nice! Some negatives...Emailed the property manager twice before the trip (Surf and Sound) and received no response. Hornets are nesting in the screened in porch and the grill was so rusted/unusable. Make sure to do ALL your shopping before arriving, the “welcome bag” one three rolls of toilet paper and one dishwasher detergent pod.

Nice, quiet location. Lots of room with well equipped kitchen. Direct TV and internet. After one week the only downside was that the agent only leaves 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. This is the 1 item I never considered having to bring
