This is a lovely hotel with amazing staff. We had some problems with our trip and the team were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, smart and in a perfect location. We can’t say a bad thing about our trip and we will be back to stay soon!

An excellent conveniently located from the autostrade. Easy parking and spacious. Modena can be reached by bus (check last bus return times) and taxi (not expensive).

The hotel is in excellent condition and very clean and comfortable. The issue is with the staff. We had to argue to get the room we booked. Eventually they relented with a very poor explanation that all rooms are the same. An accessible room is not the same as it didn’t have a bathtub which the room we booked did. We asked for a bucketload ice but were advised all buckets were reserved for the Ferrari guests staying for a convention. We are paying guests and should have been afforded a bucket of ice. Appalling service. The breakfast would be great but it is cold and unappetising, even at 7:00 am. So much could be achieved by this hotel. We won’t return simply due to the staff.
