The place is not friendly. The walkway from the gate to the main entrance is not easy to carry luggage because the floor is uneven with mixed with wood and grass. I stayed on room 10 the bathroom is about 24X24 inches with a pillar

Extremamente barulhenta

Bem localizada, bom café da manhã, equipe atenciosa, mas com os aparelhos de ar condicionado mais barulhentos que já vi (ou melhor, escutei). Todos os quartos são alinhados e a parte externa dos ar condicionados ficam diretamente atrás da parte interna, com portas de vidros finos com muitas frestas. Quando todos os quartos ligam os aparelhos, o barulho somado ultrapassa facilmente o de um caminhão antigo

Upon arrival at the Salvador airport, it is a very quick taxi ride to Pousada Encanto de Itapoan. We were given a nice room with good air conditioning, great water pressure in the shower, an absolutely wonderful pool, and a lovely breakfast with made to order eggs. Additionally, the front desk person was helpful in making arrangements for tours and an excursion to/from Morro de São Paulo. Unfortunately, this hotel is on the opposite side of town. It is a very expensive taxi to get to and from the historic town center. The only other negative was in regards to the options we were presented with for getting to and from Morro de Sao Paolo. We were only provided with one method to get to and from Salvador to Morro de São Paulo via Cassi Tours. This was the worst possible way to get to the island (and the longest at 4+ hours). I'm assuming the hotel receives a percentage of the sales of Cassi Tours that they book with their guests. The faster method would have been a direct boat ride that takes 2.5 hours from Salvador to Morro de Sao Paolo.

A pousada tem um ótimo custo benefício, excelente para quem precisa estar próximo ao Farol de Itapuã ou precisa estar mais perto do aeroporto, tem uma excelente localização. A limpeza do banheiro e o chuveiro deixaram um pouco a desejar.
