Very basic, lacking items like cups

The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction.

Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location

The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

Encontrei diversas dificuldades durante minha hospedagem, tais como: dois elevadores quebrados, resultando em longas esperas e, em alguns momentos, a necessidade de utilizar as escadas; superlotação, tornando o ambiente desconfortável; limpeza insatisfatória, sendo perceptível a presença de areia em diversos locais; televisão do quarto menor do que a de outros quartos similares; e o ar-condicionado do hall apresentando defeito, comprometendo o conforto dos hóspedes. Baratas no quarto

Encontramos baratas no quarto. Pedimos um cobertor na recepção, mas só nos entregaram no dia seguinte. A piscina estava um caos com música alta do próprio hotel e barulho de obra do terreno vizinho. Vale só mesmo pela distância da Praia do Porto da Barra, que basta atravessar a rua.

Localização otima. Hotel precisando de manutencao urgente. Só 2 elevadores e um deles ainda quebrou. O colchao velho, sem protecao e quebrado no meio. Dormida muito ruim. Ducha boa e forte. Cafe da manha com poucas opcões, mas bem servido e com comidas gostosas.

PÉSSIMO EM TODOS OS SENTIDOS!!

PÉSSIMO em todos os sentidos!!! Os recepcionistas sao extremamente mal educados, discutem com os hospedes quando reclamam de algo. Hotel antigo e com pouquíssima estrutura, camas velhas, jogo de cama e tolhas de pessima qualidade. Se recusaram a dar cobertas para todos, eramos em 6 e so recebemos 4, ainda cobertas velhas e com mal cheiro. Banheiros sem saida de ar ou ventilação, cheiram a esgoto. Informam que toalhas de banho sao trocadas apenas a cada 2 dias (o que já e um absurdo) mas nem isso ocorre. Em 7 dias de estadia so trocaram 2x, isso depois de reclamar muito. Ar-condicionado velho e barulhento, ficou vazando a noite toda, molhou todo o quarto. Elevadores velhos e barulhentos, voce fica uns 20 min esperando pra conseguir descer. Um deles ainda quebrou e ficou dias em manutencao, piorando ainda mais o deslocamento entre andares. Cafe da manhã extremamente desorganizado, sucos ruis, artificiais e nao naturais, paes velhos e duros, pouca variedade e sempre as mesas coisas todos os dias. Falta seguranca, pois voce tem a chatice de ter que ficar recarregando seu cartao do quarto todas as vezes que for entrar, basta falar o numero, nao pedem identificacao, voce pode falar qualquer numero de qualquer quarto que quiser entrar, tirando toda a seguranca. Enfim, a experiência foi pessima, nao recomendamos e nao voltariamos.
