Evitar este hotel

Horrible experiencia. Me dejaron en la calle a las 5 de la mañana con un frío polar cuando tenían la posibilidad de dejarme sentarme en un sillón de la recepción esperando la salida del sol para ir a buscar una cafetería y desayunar. Se negaron a limpiar la habitación durante varios días, tuve que solicitar el servicio de limpieza que, en cualquier hotel del mundo, se da a diario sin necesidad de pedirlo. Sin mencionar la falta de amabilidad y la informalidad del personal de recepción. Nada recomendable.

Dinastía SALTA

Very poor service! I arrived a Saturday at 4:30am because of my flight arrival time from Peru , the room was available at noon only which I was able to understand but they even denied me the right to rest on a chair in the lobby to get warm so I had to be outside walking on the winter freezing streets of the city - Salta-till I found a coffee shop open around 7am. What a horrible and cruel memory. I stayed for 3 nights, I had to beg that they clean the room and change towels the very last day. At the desk they weren t even able to use properly the payment terminal! Horrible in every aspect. Almost no space in the tiny room. I would never recommend that hotel.

Pesima experiencia.Nos cobró 60 dolares la noche(sin desayuno) y si no pagabamos no nos haría valida la reserva y quedaría como que no llegamos al hotel.Aparte cobró el 21% siendo que eramos extranjeros(y la ley dice que estamos exentos de eso), y cuando le pedimos la factura nos dijo que para que vinimos a Argentina? Que nos fueramos a nuestro pais . Nos gritó y desde que llegamos ,aun sin conocernos, con la recepcionista nos había destinado un habitación en planta baja lúgubre y oscura, con ventana q daba contra una pared,no te deja cambiar o escoger tu habitación y es cierto que todo es muy pequeño. La ducha debe medir 50 cm cuadrados! Es inaudito un lugar asi! A los gritos nos trató toda nuestra estadia y para cualquier cosa sea papel o lo que pidas te hará esperar horas a que ella llegue.Basicamente arruinó nuestras vacaciones y fue lo peor de Salta. No recomendable ni a nuestro peor enemigo.Porsupuesto,tomaremos acciones legales.
