Light airy apartment located on a terraced, treed property near Ganges. Wake up to birdsong and sip your coffee or tea on the porch, then meander down to Ganges and the Saturday market along the Ganges Trail (20min), or drive your kayaks down to the beach in under 5min. This garden level suite stays cool during the hot summer months, providing a welcome oasis to replenish after island adventures. It's also cozy warm in the winter and is the ideal spot for a remote work getaway.

Out of respect for guests and neighbours, smoking or vaping anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and your hosts live and work in the upstairs apartment with their newborn daughter, tri-pawed pup, and cat. Parties will not be tolerated. Well behaved pets considered for an additional cleaning fee, please message to discuss. Note that while your hosts are quiet, the house is wood construction so there is some minor sound transfer between floors as is typical for wood built homes. Quiet time is from 10pm to 9am and extra effort is made during these times to minimize noise, though with a newborn there will be some sounds they cannot control outside these hours. They have never had a noise complaint from guests, but recognize that some people are more sensitive to sound than others and want to ensure your comfort.
