DO NOT STAY HERE, SCAM

Stayed 30 min. They require a deposit in cash and if you say no they don't let you stay there and no refund. They tell you to use their ATM, which charges a fee and for all I know steals your card information. Cockroaches, black mold, walls disintegrated behind the wallpaper, stains everywhere, chairs were sticky, door had gaps around it, the pictures posted on this site do not match the room in the slightest. Holes in the walls. They check the room before you leave and charge you for everything, hence why they never fix anything. Room smelled like someone was cooking chemicals in it combined with urine. Front desk lady didn't understand what was wrong with the room and said she couldn't do a refund because there was "nothing she could do" and I demanded my deposit back and she gave it back thank God. Do not waste your money here. This is a health department nightmare, a police department nightmare, and just a general nightmare.

Check in was ok. The room looked really warn down and dirty. We always check the bed for bedbugs and under the matteress we fpund a box of crack pipes and found some dead bugs in the sheets. We left and had to go to another hotel for the night. Place would not give us a refund even after we showed them the crackpipes

Interestingly average

No food, which is ok, plenty of options within 5 minutes. Fit and finish was all over the place. Several upgrades like flooring, tub/shower, good water pressure and bed was clean and comfy. The rest was meh. Cockroaches. And, $100 cash deposit, they will check your room as you check out before giving it back.

Unbelievable poor place to stay

This was horrible when I arrived they said the required a $100 dollar deposit CASH ONLY !!! Then when I checked out the charged me $25 dollars for a towel that was used to wash the green tea face mask off!!! This was horrible stay I do not recommend

My first room I was given, the bathroom was disgusting. The shower didn't even have a faucet. The inside of the shower was falling apart. I would love to attach some photos. That being said, The mint shift front desk worker gave me a much better room! He apologized and i really appreciated that.

Lemme preface this by saying that I have fairly low standards and at the end of the day, I don't really read bad reviews. I just want a bed to sleep in. Just gonna be honest about what I noticed: The beds and pillows are pretty hard. The bathrooms have everything you need but are kinda old and there was hair in the shower. There was also hair on the bed. There's an iron but no ironing board. The fridge didn't work and was stinky (specifically in 219) and the guy said he'd call maintenance but they never came. On the website they advertise free breakfast and a pool but there are neither, at least as of July 2025. The elevator makes funky noises but works - we still used the stairs. Could've been a personal issue but my card kept getting deactivated and we kept going back for more cards. The ice machine works, yay! It's downtown which means you're minutes from major restaurants, coffee shops, malls, etc. The AC makes rickety noises but works GREAT. Some sketchy people in the area. They didn't necessarily look threatening but I wouldn't walk around at night. General tip: Mormon 4th of July is on July 23rd I guess? Lots of fireworks from 10p-12a. Overall, it did the job but maybe not worth the 70/night. It's up to you.
