The widow didn't have proper blinds and people could see into our room, the door didn't lock. No shower curtain, complimentary lotion was empty. Chemicals were off in hot tub and pool. Doors leading into the hotel didn't lock. Rooms were dirty.

Dirty, bathroom looked like it had poop wiped on walls, curtain broken, tv stuck on one channel and I asked for someone to come fix it and no one did, the mini fridge froze my food and when I saw the temperature was high I turned it down and it still froze my food so it wasn’t a fridge at all.

These people were very rude. And they wouldn’t answer my phone calls. My son had all his belongings stolen and had no phone to call with so we had to call for the room a lot because there’s no way to just call the room itself. We were dealing with the police and insurance and they finally just quit answering the phone and couldn’t get transferred. They ended up kicking him out be of too many phone calls!!! Utterly ridiculous… They kicked him to the curb with literally nothing but the clothes on his back.we are not made of money and can’t just go out and buy all brand new items that’s tuff takes time. So I just want everyone to know how terrible these people are.

Just to state a fact , we checked in at 7 pm there was a empty pop bottle setting on a table in the lobby by registration check in , it was still there when we came down for breakfast. That’s how I would rate the whole place, nobody cares it’s a paycheck . Very disappointing
