We didn’t even stay the night it was so bad. 1. The smell of drugs being used inside the property in the lobby and in all hallways which is illegal with Utah’s clean air act. 2. Parking fee that is not listed on the description on the website 3. $100 deposit only refundable after 10 days post check out. Not listed on website description. 4. Rooms have mold on wall in bathroom 5. Rooms are dirty including food stuck on ceiling. 6. Room that we booked and paid for was not available. 7. Deep cleaning and room such as carpet shampooing and equipment servicing such as heating/cooling system serviced during stay requiring maintenance to be in room for extensive time. 8. Looks like tv has been stolen out of room.

The room was clean and the little kitchen was cute. The layout is pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. The front desk girl was nice and i like that i could park my car there while I was on my trip. I deducted one star for the headache that i got because of the heavyily perfumed hallway spray.

The room and hotel interior were dated but clean. It was comfortable and quiet enough once I was in the safety of the room. Excellent bed and linens. Fridge and microwave also clean and functional. My main issue was the location. Although it is near the TRAX train, you have to pass through a homeless encampment area with a bunch of addicts and sketchy people to access the station and nearby fast food to the east. Also, each time I came or went, I observed sketchy people in the hotel parking lot just randomly sitting in cars (multiple cars) with the doors open. It had an urban ghetto energy that felt unsafe. I had the impression that these were people using the parking lot to live out of their cars (basically a step above homeless). I noted this to the women working the desk when I checked out, but they gave me blank cow-like stares and offered no apologies. I ended up leaving a few days early because I value safety.
