Excellent location Returning from an event, it was completely dark outside. Pitch dark. Hotel signage light was off. No lights in the parking lot were lit, This felt very unsafe. The room was nice and clean. A bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, clear and informational. It was a good stay

Though the decor is a little outdated, the rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly and professional and I even used the gym during the short stay. It is so well located near the airport and everyone who works here were amazing.

I was very impressed with the room. The beds were very comfortable and smelled of freshly laundered linens. The suite was very clean and well decorated. Two thumbs up.

Everything was great except the batteries in the TV remote were missing. So I wasn’t able to watch TV. $5 was deducted from my security deposit later the day of check out. They charged me for the missing batteries. They get 3 stars from me.

Checked in and when we entered our room there was already other guests occupying the room. TERRIBLE AND SCARY experiences for all involved! The front desk said they accidentally over booked rooms and gave us a suite which was the last remaining room. It was "non smoking" but smelled terribly of cigarettes. Caused us to have headaches all night a d the next day. We were kwpt awaking until 4am with guest in a room close by arrguing and yelling. They took their arguments in the hallway and right outside our window. They were in and out od the building for several hours arguing. No security or staff on site to remedy the situation. Guest were clearly intoxicated and threatening each other (female and male). We were packed up and leaving as early as possible with 2 hours of sleep. I talked to manager and aaked for refund and was told he coukd only give me points towardas a future stay with them. WHY WOULD I EVERE DO THAT AGAIN?! Terrible experience and staff.

The staff was GREAT! It was convenient to where we needed to be. Airport transportation a plus. Light rail very close. It was great because of mini kitchen would be great for longer stays. Laundry is available. Only negative, would not go out late at night, but that is with every city. Would definitely stay again. FYI, don't buy from vending as soda is $5.
