I had a one night stay. This is a crummy, run down old hotel. But to make the stay even more unpleasant, the front desk clerk was surly, rude, and unpleasant. If her goal was to drive away customers, she could not have done a better job. I read this on reviews from months ago, and assumed it would be cleaned up, but no! When you walk in the front door, there is an area that used to be the breakfast room. Its a junk pile. Boxes. Random junk. No one has bothered to clean it up for months, which fits with the condition and vib of the hotel.

Stay away!

Horrible hotel. Phone lines were cut so it was impossible to call the hotel beforehand traveling, they lie about not being able to help with reservation changes or cancelations. They charge you a $100 deposit instead of just keeping you card on file like every other hotel does. Very unhelpful Indian people (possible owners) at the front desk burning super stinky incense, ironically with a no-smoking sign on the front door. You get what you pay for, I have low standards and am use to buying cheap hotels. But this is probably one of my worst experiences.

It was really terrible. The place needs maintenance at the very least, the blankets should be replaced. They were stained with big black spots. I know they were washed, but they still need to be changed. The pillows were even worse. We’re supposed to sleep on proper sleeping pillows, not decorative ones!

Room was very gross, and the closet door and a drawer to the furniture were completely missing. While they were very curdious on letting me check in despite not yet being 21. Though the employee at the front desk when I was checking out made, what I can only hope to have been a joke, about a man claiming to be my boyfriend and asking for me and my room by name and that he was waiting for me outside. That is NOT an okay joke to make to a young girl traveling on her own??? And he was just smiling saying how he gave him my room number??

This place is nothing special, but everything in it works really well (fridge, microwave, AC, etc.). I was looking for a spot that was not expensive and was close to the skiing and hiking trails and this place totally checks all of the boxes. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Right across from the place is an outdoors mall, so tons of food and shopping options. Really well located spot, I would definitely choose to stay again at this place if I go back to the area.

This property was just fine and as expected. It was the service that was problematic. While checking in, it was sprung on us that they had changed their policy on deposits and require $100 in cash. They said this had gone into effect 4 days earlier and there was no attempt to notify us of this ahead of time. We had to pay the ATM fee or they weren't going to let us check in. The man at the desk was homophobic and rude. I was traveling with a friend I've known since middle school, and this man kept making comments under his breath about how it was inappropriate for us to share a bed and how one of us needed to sleep on the couch. We weren't even a couple, but he had an issue with the two of us in a room with one bed, and he did not keep it to himself.

Leaky shower head, fridge is clearly in the midst of breaking, and was making an awful noise non-stop (really loud buzzing with a high pitched squeel). Got in contact with the front desk and the person they sent to my room only unplugged the fridge and said i should be good to go, which would have been fine if i didn't have perishable food that i was hoping to keep. This is the worst inn we ever stayed in on our entire experience travelling for 25 years. Customer serviice is so terrible , We were booked and already given us the key to the room , when we came back from dinner the room that was designated to us was occupied by another guest . So she was arguing with me about what happened. On top of this she asked for a cash $100 deposits and they don’t accept credit cards which are most of the hotels and inn and taking now a days . This is a disgrace to Wyndham Co. and not even 1 star is good enough.
