I showed up to the hotel and they said my reservation had been cancelled. I finally got it figured out and then in the middle of the second night the manager cam barging into the room yelling that my reservation had been cancelled and he made me go down to the front desk right then and pay. It was so unprofessional. I will never stay at this hotel again

It’s a broken property The wall paint falling off, the door chipped off, the carpet is old, AC unit is very loud and old… the bed is hard… can’t even lay down comfortably, the tv is super small… lights were dimmed… totally not what other people said …

Staff was nice enough. I called to let them know we'd be checking in late. Stayed the night. One side of the bed felt like it had no support. Slept ok. Gotvup early. Had a cup of coffee and left.

Room wasn't very nice. Granted we could have complained, but due to our limited time in the room we put up with the issues. We found blood on the wall, mildew stained ceiling in bathroom, and no working fan in the bathroom. We would have liked to have some usb plugs in the room. I just reminded myself it was cheap. Staff was very friendly though.

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The room was very clean and well made up. The linens were nice, even luxurious for a budget hotel. The breakfast was good too, lots of choices: cereal, muffins, eggs and sausage, waffles, yogurt. The breakfast room was clean and the attendant kept it clean and neat. The guy that checked us is was efficient and personable too. We had a very pleasant stay.

Checked into a room at with an existing hole in the wall and was charged $100 damage fee for it. The manager was very rude and won’t dispute the charges with me. There is mold above the ceiling in the shower. Bed skirts were filthy… room was freezing cold. Ice machines were broken. Will not stay at a Quality inn ever again! And I will highly recommend no one else does either!

Our rooms are clean, we got welcomed accordingly with an Asian Lady. She was very nice. She also make sure our breakfast are enough and the cafeteria clean. She deserve a raise or promotion. Just saying and thank you.

I have stayed there a few times. Lots of eating/shopping walkable distance. Staff is very nice and helpful. Have always felt safe staying there. Breakfast is good. Hot tub feels great after long day. Glad to see new bed spreads most frequent stay. No pillow covers on pillows, so no matter how many times pillow cases are changed, the pillows are dirty and need replacing.
