Well it was horrible, air conditioning not working. The tv didn’t work either , the night time clerk (who said her cousins owned the hotel ) tired to come to the room to make tv work and it didn’t . Was told Saturday they tried to come to fix tv and I would receive a discount for both the air not working and another discount for the tv not working both nights . I was not offered a room change I was only offered a discount . Forgot to mention Friday night while getting stuff from car there was 5 to 6 gun shots people ran from across street into the hotel lobby . It had nothing to do with hotel but to let you know about area it is in . I will not recommend this place to anyone . I have waited 2 weeks to leave this review still waiting on my discount .

The day of the hotel stay I was left with a message that said they didn't have a pet-friendly room for me. I wasn't able to check my messages since I had been driving all day through spotty reception and really bad weather. When I got to the hotel, I was informed of the unavailability of the pet friendly room and that they were completely booked. I was surprised since I made the reservation and pet request almost a month ago. The lady at the desk (I.Khan) was very nice and informed me that they can give me the jacuzzi room which is usually "pet-free". I appreciated that, but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. I've never had a conflict like this before. Every other hotel on hotels.com has been able to accommodate my request for a pet-friendly room without any issues. (I noticed during breakfast there was a large tour group, so they might have overbooked and given my reserved room to someone there). The room was somewhat clean except for areas of the shower which seemed to have hair and debris left. The toilet was flushing all night. The breakfast is very subpar. There was plenty of parking. The cleaning lady, the young woman who helped with breakfast, and I.Khan were very nice. But, this is a hotel that I will be avoiding for future trips.

The Price was nice. I had concerns as it was so low. I was on a tight budget so I went for it. Was not sorry. Area was clean, rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. Morning breakfast was good.

This was easily accessible and checking in was a breeze, the lobby looked inviting. The room on the other hand was not the cleanest, stains on the walls, bathroom was dirty, beds were nice though. Dont waste your time on breakfast, mini muffins and a pot of oatmeal was about it. Plus the breakfast clerk was on her phone the entire time. No one was at the front desk when checking out to let know about the room conditions so a review it is.

The lobby looked nice the business center looked up to date . I didn’t like the lobby being empty and having to wait for help to check in and out I asked for extra towels at check in and was given clearly stained towels. they only provide shampoo and bars of soap, the shampoo bottle was almost empty when I arrived and day of check out I requested some more and was told they had none. I won’t be staying again

the hotel was dated. The room was clean, but the room, specifically the bathroom was in poor condition. The TV was missing the HDMI cord so we couldn't use the TV. The front desk said they would fix it, but we needed to remind them several times that it had not been fixed. The breakfast was VERY minimal. The area was a bit sketchy. I would not stay here again.

The property was clean and rooms nice. Maid service is only on Mondays and Thursdays. They will replace towels, on request. The breakfast is limited, but for the money you save on the hotel, there is a great breakfast place right next door!!
