A certain front desk lady was incredibly rude to my husband. The room was not very clean. A very sketchy area as well. The pool was green, the hot tub didn't work.

Only thing I would say could be better is the breakfast, and someone to restock the breakfast because people who come in later see all the juices and milks empty.other than that this place was great

This hotel and our room exceeded all our expectations! Beautiful lobby, great clean room, nice room amenities, convenient ways to get from the room to the parking, ample parking options. The room looked recently remodeled and very clean! We loved the beautiful laminate flooring which stays clean instead of carpets! The bathroom was very nice - clean, neatly organized, had tiled floors and very hot water (not always the case in some hotels). The fridge was nice with lots of room and temperature suitable for keeping food, not just cooling beverages. The microwave made it a convenient stay for us also. The front desk staff was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We loved that at the checkout time they asked us about our stay and if we had any improvement feedback - this showed that they really care and explains why the stay was so comfortable. Overall an amazing value for the money spent!

I will say that the check in process was easy and the young lady working was very kind and helpful, annie i think. Room smelt like a retirement home, sheets had stains all over them, toiletriees from other guests were still in the room, breakfast was subpar, cops were at the property for 2 hours so it was tough to get rectified when the staff had to deal with what i could assume were crappy guests and police.

My family has been traveling all across the country and Salt Lake City was one stop we were most excited for. But unfortunately, it was the lowest part of our trip because of the hotel experience. The woman who checked us in asked me how I was and I said “I’m great how are you” and she said “fine”. No smile, just a straight face. Then gave my partner dirty looks and glared at him until he walked up to the counter after using the bathroom. Then, refused to look at him throughout the check in process. It was very obvious we were not welcome there. As soon as we walked down the hall to our room, we were met with a horrible smell. The rooms were dirty, too. Water spilled on our floor and I grabbed a towel to clean it up and after one swipe, the white towel was brown. There was mold in the shower, hair in the sink when we got there, and bugs on the toilet seat. Every staff member I talked to in the evening was talking on their phone. It seemed very unprofessional to me. When we got downstairs to breakfast in the morning, there were very limited selections and the vending machine was broken.

This hotel was chosen based on affordability and central valley location. It didn't need to be special, just a place for a good night's rest. But there's was no rest. The paper thin walls allowed you to hear everything in and around the hotel, the loud people in the pool, the people in the rooms around us, and a stampede upstairs above us that lasted until 4am. It was the worst night of attempting to sleep ever.

Hotel stay from hell

The room was disgustingly dirty and unsanitary. Mold in the shower...stained towels and shower curtains along with feces on the floor. The refrigerator did not work and had a stickiness to the door. The floors throughout the room were filthy and sticky. I dont think the room had been cleaned nor dusted in ages. The breakfast was subpar as well. The waffle mix was empty and the coffee ran out. All the juices were warm and muffins were hard. When we brought this to the manager at the front desks attention....GG. laughed in our face and told us to go stay at a 5star hotel in stead. He told me he would refund 1 night for checking out early and i would need to call hotels.com/expedia to get it. Totally disappointing as this was an early birthday trip for myself to spend time w my family.
