The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash the towels, put them in the dryer and set it to HEAVY load. You do not need to wait for them to finish drying. We provide laundry detergent. This helps the cleaner by shortening laundry time.
Trash day is Friday. If you are a guest and staying Thursday night or Friday morning, please take garbage can from garage and take it out to main road and bring back in when it is empty.

An okay stay

Overall it was fine, but some aspects of the house were uncomfortable. The AC barely reached the 3rd floor room, making the room very hot. Any sound or vibration from the street was amplified so I thought at many points that a small earthquake was happening. There is a beeping sound at night that I got up at 3am to inspect and I couldn't find the source, but it was very bothersome. The kitchen window has no shade or blinds so other apartments can look straight into the home.
