Wonderful place to stay in Salt Lake City! The host is wonderful, checked in with us a few times throughout our trip, which I thought was very kind. When we walked into the apartment, there was a little snack basket with goodies for our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay: washer/dryer, everything you need for cooking, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and even recycling! The complex also has a hot tub and heated pool - great for after a day of skiing.The place is located in walking distance from the Delta Center, restaurants, a grocery store, and you can even walk to the City Center Mall. We would stay here again when we come back to Salt Lake City! Especially with the place being dog friendly (:

Anthony was great with communication and instructions. The rental was really clean and had everything we needed plus some nice extras like snacks and filtered water in the fridge. Location was convenient and walkable. Would stay in again.

The stay was great. After we learned how to navigate the property (very long hallways//lots of stairs) when the elevator was broken, we had a great time. The check in process was less than ideal… apparently the fault of the app not working. Everything in the apartment was great. Very well stocked.

Reasonably priced and great for kids

I took my 16 year old daughter, her boyfriend and my 10 year old son to Salt Lake City and this apartment met all of our needs. My son is a picky eater, so I was able to make his food in the kitchen and we all enjoyed the swimming pool since it was hot while we were there in mid-June. The only thing I would have liked was more towels for 4 people staying 5 nights. But there was a washer/dryer in the apt so we washed them. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay! The directions/check-in instructions were a bit confusing, but everything was great once we got inside. The apartment was clean and in a great, safe area. We could walk to serval local bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed 3 nights for a conference at the Salt Palace Convention center. Very walkable if you are in moderate shape. Great little well stocked grocery just a block away along with a movie theater and some food choices. The parking garage is connected to the building with acces to each floor of the apartment complex. This place was perfect for our weekend stay and we would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

From the minute I booked this property, the host was very communicative. He gave very thorough instructions for the check in procedure. The apartment is close to the Gateway, Delta Center and the Complex. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. I would definitely stay again.

This apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a balcony when the weather is warm. The living room area has a comfortable couch with a tv and a small dining table.
