The bed is super low to the floor. Mattress is very soft. To minimalist for my taste.

Heating was not working properly and would shut off. Several times during the night I needed to get up because the air became cold and I had to turn the heat on. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Overall the facility was very clean and welcoming

The room was very clean. The bathroom and kitchen areas were very clean. I wish there were more towels in the bathroom and it could have used paper towels and tissues. These are suites after all. Netflix is listed on the TV but you can't get to it so fix that Shiz. The beds were very good and comfortable. Check in was problematic but luckily the desk agent was able to assist.
