We had reserved two rooms and when we checked in they were not together and were on two separate floors - very inconvenient when my family was sharing between luggage. The hotel was also busy but kids were being allowed to run around floors and all over the hotel as if it was a playground.

When I checked into my room I found blood on the bathroom door. I went to the front desk and the staff member on duty was apologetic and moved me two rooms down from the one I just moved from. When I checked in there was blood on one of the walls. At point I was too tired to care and just avoided that wall. Everything else was great but that one complaint.

Perfect home-away-from-home for a week

I came to SLC for a family emergency and needed my own space where I could decompress from stressful days, and the combination of furnishings and location made this place perfect.
