I was in the basement with no heat other than a space heater. It was so cold. Also in the bathroom I would have had to duck my head to shower under the sewer pipes so I didn’t even shower.

A traditional bed and breakfast that has the BEST people. The breakfast in the morning is 5 stars and the chef is personable and eager to highlight places to see. There is a nice walk from the property north to Ensign Peak that is not only a great exercise, but their are lots of unique and lovely homes nestled in the quiet walk. It does get a little steep. The historic Church of the Madeleine Cathedral is an incredible place to visit. The art work, sounds and scents raised my spirits on a dreary day! Enjoy yourself!

We Love The Ellerbeck Mansion

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Ellerbeck. It's our new favorite little gem in SLC. Victorya is an incredible host. We felt comfortable and well cared for. We'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable, unique experience that includes, thoughtfulness and special touches.

Great Spot in SLC

Super value right in DT SLC! Staff & service is great. Rooms are super comfortable and the breakfast is as good as it gets. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Great young family owns it and they are definitely have their hearts into this little business.

Lots of character, clean uncomfortable

I stayed here for one night on business and unfortunately had an early flight so didn’t get to experience the breakfast, but the room was comfortable and the house was an interesting alternative to the same bland, corporate hotels you see everywhere else.
