The front desk people were very helpful getting a shuttle driver over to pick us up at the airport and arranging for an Uber driver to the airport the next morning. (at their expense). The property is in a business park which was fine, clean and safe. It is right next to the highway and is quite loud, (though was expected). We also heard water running at adjacent rooms quite frequently and the air handling system was also unusually loud, coming on and going off as needed. None of that kept us awake, though so it really wasn't a problem. Overall, the stay was fine and we got what was expected, being next to the highway and close to the airport. The hotel is also quite close to downtown Salt Lake City which was convenient for us to take a short drive and spend the afternoon there.

The staff was not very friendly or knowledgeable, too busy being on their cell phone at the front desk to help out. Ice machine didn’t work, breakfast was not great. The room was sooo dark and the vanity is in the main space and the light up mirror is not enough light for a lady!

Very comfortable stay.

Very near airport.
