This rental was centered in the area that we were spending most of time so it was perfect for that! The neighborhood was quiet as well as the attached unit. It suited our needs!

Decent area in that it was easy to get around the city from there. Definitely ran into a couple issues but overall a nice stay. The house sleeps 4 comfortably but the second bed is about the cheapest mattress available and not great for adults for sure. There were no wash clothes or hand towels in the whole place and only about 6 paper towels left on the whole roll. Also no hot pads so although you can cook on the stove there was no way to use the oven. Also the garage door broke and the bathroom sink drain plug got stuck and we had to pry it open with a knife. And there was no ice. It was a decent place and there were some nice aspects, but I can't rate it more than 3 stars due to the issues we encountered. Maybe the host can address these issues and it would be a lot better in the future.

Everything was really clean, ceiling fan in the master bedroom is not working but other than that no complaints. Please stock with more or extra towels if there are more than 2 people staying.

Duplex was nice and clean. We really liked having a garage to park our vehicle and bikes in. You can tell it has been remodeled and was so comfortable. Would stay again!

A place to sleep...basic

Beds were nice. Looks recently remodeled. Kitchen nice. No paper towels, couldn't find or there weren't any oven mitts. Two rolls of toilet paper left for 3 people for 6 days. 1 laundry pod which i used to wash towels. Towels were very damp but hopefully clean on check in. Honestly for the price i wouldeexpected more.

Enjoyed our stay during our ski vacation

We enjoyed staying at the property. The rental was clean , spacious, and worked very well for our week of skiing. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions and was helpful for our stay at the property. Thank you for hosting us. We will be back!

It is what it is

We were not able to stay at the property due to the previous occupants breaking the rules in regards to smoking. Jonathan was gracious enough to not cancel the booking on us and gave us a chance to see if we could stay there or not. We elected to get a refund BUT 100% would trust a property from Jonathan in the future with the way he treated us.

Worked out just fine

We needed a place to host 2 - 3 employees that were coming in from out of state. This house has a great location near our shop. Check in was easy (even when my guys showed up early). Simple clean house. No problems at all.

Great location and newly renovated

The duplex is newly renovated and super clean. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The outdoor space is also nice and private. The two bedrooms are great size and the beds are both comfortable. The location was great to get to the USANA and would also be a good location to the Mavrick Center. We will be back!

Nice inside

The inside was clean and nice! The neighborhood was a little sketchy but nothing happened and it was quiet at night. The owner was great to work with.
