clean and comfortable.

We were very happy with the house it was very comfortable.. Just be aware of you have anything mailed or shipped keep an eye on it.. The porch is close to the road and we had a package taken. Not the home owners fault.

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful time at the house! We were in town for a training seminar with our dogs. The backyard was great for the dogs. Completely fenced in, plus there is a very pretty walkway across the street. The beds were comfortable, bath towels big and soft. We are already planning our next trip.

Very nice place

We really enjoyed staying here. Very convenient to the Cottonwood canyons. It was as advertised, new and clean. It is next to train tracks, but you really don't notice the trains going by.

New, neat little cottage that's convenient for skiing

Cottage is indeed nicely redone and is effectively brand new. Kitchen is convenient, bedrooms and mattresses are comfortable. Cottage was close to ski locations and is nicely positioned for any south SLC activities. Only thing to keep in mind is that the cottage is extremely close to train tracks and train noise could be a problem. The train is heard in the bedrooms as well, at night as well as day.

Very clean house

This house was clean and comfy with new appliances/flooring/fixtures, I would stay here again. The only issue was the light rail tracks across the street, but it was barely noticeable.

Great place to stay with very helpful owners

I had a great time staying in Sandy for a ski vacation. The property owners were super responsive and very helpful when we had questions. They were also very accommodating when we needed to check out a bit late. I would definitely recommend staying here.
