Cosy apartment located in the heart of Salou, just behind the Jaume I Promenade. With the beach and all services just steps away from the apartment, you won't need a car at all.



The complex features a large gated communal area, with an adult swimming pool, a children's pool, and a playground.



LAYOUT

- Double bedroom with a double bed, connected by a sliding door to a bunk room (bunk beds are child-sized and not suitable for adults). From the living room, the door is shared between both spaces, so to access the double bedroom, you must pass through the bunk room.

- Bathroom with bathtub. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
