Front desk clerk was rude. Couldn't care less about his customers. Enough soap, shampoo, towels for one person. No kleenex. Seemed like because we had a cheaper rate through Expedia we got the shaft!

Bathroom was dirty, walls have splatters all over them, looks like mold in the tub. Dead bolt barly locked and the upper sucure lever wasnt there and had holes to where it was ripped out numerous times. Chair fabric was so stain we didnt want to sit on them. Hair in the sheets. Bed was comfortable and there was flooring, thank God as I can't imgine if it had carpet. We checked in at 12:30am as late getting out of Vancouver, staff was very slow coming to the door, barly spoke and seemed annoyed we were late. We will never stay here again.

The one good thing about this property is that the beds were clean and good condition. The place was so rundown and dirty. The hallways were dimly lit and smelled terrible. The security in our window was a stick and a screen was missing. There’s no way I would take my shoes off in there it’s everywhere the floor just felt so dirty. I would not recommend staying here unless you are desperate.

First room not made up, second room was but lights DIM , no bath towels, not decent soap/shampoo, fan would not work in bathroom, tub would not drain, things froze in the fridge, overall not a clean room. Breakfast terrible, no brown bread, no variety of fruit, only apples, counters and tables all soiled and sticky. Juice was not real just a drink. All in all very poor selection of food for breakfast, no tongs to retrieve bread, everyone used just hands! Asked for discount for Wyndham rewards card but because we booked on line, no discounts given. When I asked for a bath towel, he only gave me one, for two people. Never staying there again

The front desk was unavailable and slow. The hotel stunk. My parents had staff try to walk into their room. Didn’t knock, just used a master key and tried to get in. TWICE. Do not book this hotel unless you are desperate.

I can't believe that this is a Wyndham. Wyndham has really lowered their standards. It is so run down and need of repairs. I stayed in a different room last week and it wasn't bad but the room they gave me this time was in rough shape. Bathroom light barely worked and the bathroom fan didn't work at all. The curtains were in rough shape. The desk drawer was broken and propped into place. The intercom on the outside of the lobby was broken in pieces.

Only given 1 key, no info given on wifi or breakfast. Room was dated, towel was disgusting. Got new ones and gave us normal size towels not small ones. Pillows need to be replaced, 3 pillows queen bed. The room needs updating. Not sure how they can charge as much for what you get.

Room was not well cleaned. Spider webs in corners. Grotty bathtub. Requested room service and did not receive it. Had to hunt down more towels. Trash not emptied over 3 days. Small fridge in room imparted strange taste to our food. Continental breakfast was laughable, e.g. small selection of cereals, but no milk available. Breakfast starts late at 7:30 am. Room keys stopped working and had to be reactivated daily. We normally like Super 8, but will never stay at this one again. Suggest avoiding.
