THE ENVIRONMENT :

Salles is a quiet town of 7000 inhabitants located between Bordeaux and the Arcachon basin, between land and sea, it is ideally located in the heart of a tourist region very rich culturally.

Anxious to receive our guests in the best way, our home has been completely renovated. It has all the comforts expected of a modern home and including quality bedding.
Located in a residential area, you will stay away from noisy roads. You will have as seen the forest, in a calm and sure city. Near the natural lakes of our region and the ocean, you are only 40 minutes from Bordeaux, 1h40 from the Pyrenees mountains and the Spanish border. Bordeaux Mérignac airport is 35 minutes and the first station, Biganos invoice, 18 minutes.
Our house is suitable for travelers who want to discover the region as a couple or family. It also welcomes business travelers, vacationers departing from or coming to their resort and pilgrims on the way to Compostela wanting to make a short stop.
Your living environment for a beautiful holiday
The city center is 2 km away and has all the amenities, cinema, supermarket, skate park, tennis court, swimming pool, market, local shops, ... The bike path is 5 minutes by bike, with its very complete network, you will discover the region far from the traffic, in the heart of the Landes forest. Perhaps you will be tempted to discover different landscapes with a new look, in canoe for a refreshing stroll on the peaceful River Leyre.
The ocean and its beaches are 40 minutes, the Pyla dune 35 minutes, Sanguinet lake 20 minutes, the Arcachon basin 20 minutes.

THE HOUSE :

You will have 65 m2 on 2 levels at your disposal, distributed in the following way: 2 rooms of 12 m2, an open kitchen living space of nearly 30 m2. A bathroom with toilet on the floor and a toilet on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner oven and a large oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a Kitchenaid food processor, a dishwasher, a washing machine / dryer, various small appliances and all the necessary to prepare and enjoy good meals.
The living room has a convertible sofa, a large dining table, nesting coffee tables, sideboard, dresser and a 49 '4K TV with Netflix and the Freebox bouquet.
Upstairs, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a large piece of furniture double basins, a first bedroom consists of a bed 160x200 and a wardrobe while the second has 2 beds, one of 140x200 and the another 90x200; a wardrobe is also present.
Concerned about hygiene, all mattresses and pillows are protected by washable covers.
Note that you enjoy air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
Outside you will enjoy a garden of 280m2 and a terrace of 24m2, facing West. On it you will find a table and 6 chairs, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a plancha.
