Housekeeping was listed under amenities. This very clearly was not the case. Our room was filthy - sticky floors and chairs, crevices in the chairs were filled with sticky crumbs, dirty towels and wash clothes, visible soap scum on the outside of the bath tub, bottom of the toilet had not been cleaned in quite a while by the amount of hair & dust down there, door way to the bathroom had dirty finger prints on the paint (not stained, as I was easily able to wipe them off with a Lysol wipe). Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite supposedly being smoke free. Our outside door also had a decent sized gap between it and the floor. Upon seeing the condition of the room, we searched for other vacancies, but unfortunately could not find any in the area. We thought about complaining to front desk/office, but what’s the point? If our room was that bad, the others weren’t going to be better. Hire housekeepers. If you already pay housekeepers, they’re not doing their job and you’re wasting your money. I would not recommend to anyone.

Bring your own cleaning supplies!

We were in town for a wrestling tournament. As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed a strong odor of cigarette smoke. I went to expect the rest of the room and noticed the floors were super sticky and dirty, and there was urine on the toilet seat. There was no way the room was cleaned prior to us showing up. I did notify the staff, and they came in cleaned the toilet seat. I shouldn't have to ask someone to clean a seat, it should be normal protocol.

The room was probably not cleaned after prior guest left. Trash was still in the trash can. Bedspread had what looked to be urine stains on it. The TV and the air conditioning didn't work. Checked out shortly after arriving.

Front desk staff very nice and friendly. Overall felt pretty clean. Sheets were clean. Wasn't a fan of the bathroom, very tiny and cigarette burns all over tub. Advertised as having free breakfast but there is only coffee and juice. Not a deal breaker for me but if I ordered this room for the breakfast I would have been upset. Overall it felt safe, there was no music playing or loud people and we stayed on a Saturday night. I would stay there again.

Beds were clean albeit uncomfortable. Room smelled like weed. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes, there were burn marks on the toilet and bathtub, and ash on the floor in the corners. Definitely would not stay again.

Budget hotel offers budget amenities. Average-suitable. Would have liked to have had a floor that was not sticky while walking on it. It was clean but the cleaner used on the floor wasn’t rinsed off leaving it sticky.

This place was the most dirtiest place ever that I've ever booked in my life. I went there and I was surprised to see how dirty the place was. And the picture you see in the list is different. To what the place is ' I won't recommend this place'. like this for anybody because the place is not good at all. The place has cigarettes 🚬 everywhere ' smell very 👎 bad
