The house is located amid the vineyards and olive trees, in a very unspoiled and rural country side and offers a magnificent view of the landscape full of vines of the Negramaro grape.
Once an old farmhouse, Masseria Pezza has been transformed into a very comfortable holiday home, retaining original features - such as old tiled floors and vaulted stone ceilings - and complemented by modern furnishings and natural materials and colors.
With 6 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, the house can accommodate 14 people and is ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. The designer kitchen and attractive living room are ideal for cooking, eating, and relaxing together, with fireplaces providing warmth in the early and late season.
