The wifi wasn't working in the room, the TV wasn't working, the shower pressure wasn't good - it's a shame as I do love this hotel and always recommend it but was just so disappointing. Couldn't have a relaxing evening as was trying to fix the TV and staff coming in and out to help fix it. Resulted to watching a movie in bed on my phone - not what you really expect.

Staff were nice and friendly. The car park was easy enough, £14 a night though. Room was fine, but the pillow was terrible, very soft and i think the seal in the window must have blown because it was so noisy. I did inform staff who said that they would sort it. Breakfast was a big let down. Many items left empty and food was cold. Not great, wouldn't return.

The room was small than expected. The minibar was empty , only two bottles of water and was very noisy. TV was having issue with the sound, non existent. The shower was having some black mould. You expect more for the price …On the good side - located well, walking distance to tram stops and Old Trafford.

The hotel is in a perfect location for tourist attractions and bars and restaurants. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms and bathroom were spotless. The lounge and bar area well designed and decorated to a high standard.
