It was fine

Front desk was not super helpful when checking in. The room wasn't ready on time and we were told to just "be patient" as though we did something wrong, instead of just apologetic, which would have been fine. We had to wait an extra 20 minutes after our check in time of 3:00 PM. Claudia was great later on and helped out one of my guests, she was awesome. Overall it was an alright stay, but just did not start off great.

Good location, breakfast is not great

Hotel is nice, clean and great location. This is the 3rd time we’ve been there and there is no breakfast. When breakfast doesn’t close til 10 and we come at 830 and the place is wiped out it’s insane. We waited for 15 mins and all that was brought out was pastries that you buy at a mini mart. Not impressed. Coffee was out, gravy, yogurt, syrup, fruit, bagels. All out….just don’t have expectations for breakfast.

This hotel was perfect, from the spacious and beautifully appointed room, to the rooftop patio, to the friendly and knowledgeable bartender, to the housekeeping staff who warmly greeted us in the halls, to the walkability of the town and grounds. We were very impressed with the soundproofing - there was a fun and boisterous music concert happening in the park right next door and we couldn't hear it at all in our river-facing room.
