Don't judge a book by it's cover.

The area around the hotel is less than desirable, but the hotel itself is fantastic in both service and cleanliness. The staff are great! The bed is comfortable. There are many options available for breakfast. In a world lacking of quality customer service, this La Quinta Inn gets it right every time. I have stayed here many times and will many more.

We only planned a two-night stay, but needed to extend our stay by two additional nights. The staff was friendly and made it easy to extend our stay, and eased our stress around our trip to Salem. The pool was great, the hotel was clean, and the continental breakfast was good.

Shower never produced hot water no matter what was done, carpet has serious stains & wear, no one was even at front desk at 10am to assist or handle check-out
