The spacious open 2.5 room apartment extends over 80m² on the entire south side of the 1st floor. The property is located in a privileged hillside location, offering privacy and tranquility . There is only one other party on the upper floor. The old trees provide shade, large 15m2 terrace / balcony and private garden invite you to enjoy the evening sun.
Our private retreat offers many amenities.
The kitchen with exit to the balcony is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired with combi steamer, large refrigerator / freezer and dishwasher.
The bedroom is equipped with SAT-TV and air conditioning.
Furnishing and equipment are selected and of high quality.

Lovely apartment on a beautiful location

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable for indoor- outdoor living. Lovely walks direct from the house and if you don’t mind very steep hills you can walk up through the forest or down to the village to local restaurants and a bakery. The lovely towns and villages near the lake and supermarket are very accessible by car. Julius is a great host. We had a lovely stay

Urlaub mit Hund, abseits vom Trubel

Wir haben die die ruhige, aber geichzeitig auch nahe Lage zum Bodensee genossen. Die Wohnung ist modern und prima ausgestattet, der Check-ist so unkompliziert wie der Vermieter. Wenn man die Fahrräder, die wir dabei hatten (und die dort auch zu empfehlen sind) noch einfacher unterstellen und laden könnte, wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, wie es auch in der Beschreibung steht und wird sehr sauber übergeben. Es wurde auch an so vieles in der Küche gedacht, um den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Die Vermieter heißen die Gäste sehr herzlich willkommen und versorgen sie mit tollen Tipps über die Umgebung. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter, weil wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und den Preis angemessen finden.

Schöne hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung mit schönem Garten

Wohnung ist sehr modern, hochwertig und schön eingerichtet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, um auch zu kochen. Schöner Garten. Sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der gerne Tipps zur Umgebung etc gibt. Leider hat man aber, da im Wohngebiet, nur einen sehr eingeschränkten Blick in die Umgebung bzw. Panorama. Der Wald liegt direkt vor der Tür und ist in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Alles in Allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung

Fantastisch!

Wir können uns nur herzlichst für die Gastfreundschaft und den Aufenthalt bedanken! Die Lage ist extrem ruhig, dennoch nicht weit entfernt von sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie schönen Wander-/Spazierwegen, zum Ufer und den dortigen Städtchen. Auch ein Abstecher zu den Bregenzer Festspielen ist durchaus machbar und empfehlenswert! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war absolut reibungslos, hilfsbereit und tiefenentspannt. Die Wohnung selbst ist kaum zu übertreffen. Der Schnitt ist pragmatisch und großzügig zugleich. Die Ausstattung ist in jeder Hinsicht extrem hochwertig. Auf der überdachten Terrasse lässt es sich wundervoll verweilen, selbst bei Regen, man hat einen schönen Blick in den top gepfegten, aber zugleich auch natürlich-verwunschenen Garten. Der Wohnraum bietet Mid-Centruy-Style vom Feinsten! Man könnte glauben, gleich käme Grace Kelly zur Cocktailstunde die Wendeltreppe herunter. Die Küche war für uns "Profi-Hobby-Köche" super ausgestattet. Auch hier findet man keine "günstigen" Lösungen, sondern hochwertiges Marken-Equipment, sei es das Porzellan, das Glas, Besteck, die Elektrogeräte... Das ist wirklich luxuriös! Das Schlafzimmer bietet mehr Stauraum, als man für einen Urlaub nutzen könnte, und die Betten sind derart bequem, dass wir regelmäßig verschlafen haben. An heißen Tagen ist die Klimaanlage dort ein I-Tüpfelchen. Auch das Bad ist großzügig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es wirklich an rein gar nichts! Mehr als die volle Punktzahl!
