Relax with the whole family. 7 Moor Farm Cottages, is a pretty, tastefully presented two bedroom cottage surrounded by scenic countryside with far reaching views. There is a lovely communal garden behind the cottages, providing plenty of space for children to play and adults to relax. Stunning scenic walks are in easy reach including the South West Coast Path. The Gara Rock Hotel and spa is close by, for delicious meals with amazing views, and a spa to really treat yourself.
Front door leads into hall with coat hooks and boot box,
Door to kitchen, induction hob and electric oven, microwave, slimline dishwasher, fridge with ice box, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine.
Living area with dining table with seating for 4, electric log burner effect heater, SMART TV, window seat, three seater sofa and armchair. Bluetooth DAB radio
From hall-Half turn stairs to first floor:
Bedroom 1 with 4’6 Double Bed
Bedroom 2 with 2’6’’ single bed, with 2’6’’ pull out trundle bed (this room is cosy so best suited to 2 children if using both beds).
Bathroom with shower over bath, WC, basin, shaver socket, heated towel rail.
Communal garden to the rear. Bistro table and chairs are available (stored inside the hallway) .
PLEASE NOTE THE AREA BY THE STONE GARAGE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PARKING AREA IS NOT FOR GUEST USE. The village of Prawle is one mile away, with a shop, pub and café, and East Portlemouth, just over a mile in the other direction has sandy beaches, a café and the foot ferry to the popular sailing town of Salcombe. The towns of Kingsbridge and Dartmouth and Totnes are just a picturesque drive away, as are the popular seaside villages of Beesands, ten minutes away, and Torcross, situated on Slapton Sands just fifteen minutes away. With lots on offer at this gorgeous cottage and the surrounding area, you are sure to want to return.
East Portlemouth is located on the opposite side of the Salcombe Estuary to Salcombe itself. Take a short trip across on the passenger ferry or drive through Kingsbridge to get there by road. So please be aware that although Moor Farm Cottages are a Salcombe postcode, they are not in Salcombe itself.
Moor Farm Cottages are a couple of miles from the village of East Portlemouth and just a mile from East Prawle where the Pig's Nose Inn is located.

There is free parking at Moor Farm for one car and caravans are not permitted.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
