Family Japan trip

We stayed here for one night after a long flight from Canada. It was the perfect place to stay for a tired family. Free shuttle from the terminal to the airport was easy to find and use. Overall awesome Hotel. Would definitely recommend to others. The only reason we gave it four stars for comfort is we were not used to the Japanese style straw mats for sleeping.

Second time around staying at the property. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Really like their approach to customers. The facility is older and my room was a bit dirtier than my first time here. The air conditioning only has a heated option but in the cooler months, you can open the window to let the breeze in. I like their buffet and that the lawsons is just on the first floor.

The Hotel maybe ok just for transit cause the area is kind of far from anywhere yes they provide us shuttle but still about 45 min to the mall etc And the room don't have AC was so hot my girls complain cause they can't sleep
