Lost one star as the bed was the worse bed we’ve ever slept in! And that was after travelling for 3 weeks in 4 different cities and countries! The mattress was absolutely terrible which was a pity because everything else especially the staff was amazing!

Staff were fine with one glaring exception of a coffee bar employee who insisted on repeatedly handling the paper cups by their rims. Room was as advertised but overly warm. Turned on AC but that did little to make the room more comfortable for sleeping. As this is an airport hotel, customers have few options regarding places to eat. All the in hotel options were way overpriced

The hotel room is definitely showing wears & tears, but the service makes up to it. I have some parcels shipped to the hotel and they took good care of it. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located about five minutes by car from Narita Airport, making it very practical for an overnight stay after a flight. Check-in was quick and easy. The property is a bit dated — it has a clear early-90s feel — but everything is clean and decent overall. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport in the morning, which is a great plus. A good option for a short, one-night stay near the airport.

Hotel Nikko Narita offers a free airport shuttle, plus convenient rides to Aeon Mall and Narita Station. The staff provided outstanding service, handling our bags upon arrival and departure. The room was comfortable, though the air conditioner didn’t work well—I opened the window instead. There’s a 24-hour Lawson in the lobby, buffet breakfast at Serena, and laundry service if needed. With free water, in-room fridge, and great amenities, I’d definitely stay here again!
