The newly built villa is located in a very quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the Sainte-Maxime golf course and a short distance from the beaches of La Nartelle with numerous very popular beach restaurants. These can be reached by car in approx. 4 minutes without traffic jams. The center of Sainte-Maxime with all stores for daily needs, restaurants, the ferry to St. Tropez and the city beaches is 3 km away.
The villa
Completed in April 2024, the new-build villa is situated on a beautifully planted plot of 750 m² and offers a living space of approx. 150 m² on two levels.
The first floor is divided into a spacious living/dining area with TV and open, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
On this level there is also a bedroom with access to the garden and pool area and an en suite shower room with washbasin and WC as well as a separate guest toilet.
