The apartment is located in a luxury residence on the ground floor, it consists of 2 rooms, the main room consists of a fitted kitchen with views of the terrace, an indoor dining area (a table with 4 chairs) a sitting area including a new sofa bed, large flat screen TV, DVD, unlimited internet box. The open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, microwave) offers everything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the best conditions. room overlooks a large terrace of 12 m2 including an electric barbecue, a table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds, and a parasol, it even overlooks a large garden without opposite of 43m2. The exterior offers an idyllic view of the mountains, it offers a permanent sunshine thanks to its south-facing situation. Inside given this orientation, is very bright, and allows to have this same view.
The 11 m2 bedroom also gives direct access to the garden and enjoys the same sunshine. This one contains a large 160cm bed, a dresser, and a flat screen TV. The rental is located 2.7km from the beaches of Nartelle. The residence is on an elevated slope from where this magnificent view of the hill opposite.
In common, a swimming pool (6x12m, depth 80-160cm from May 15th to September 30th). A children's pool is located near the pool, as well as outdoor showers.
A Botanic store (organic product), a wine cellar (Nicolas), a bakery (Maitre Julien) is located less than 300 meters from the residence. The Carrefour shopping center is 800 meters away, as are many other shops.
Nearby is Aqualand (700 meters) and a tree climbing park (850 meters). The Gaumont cinema complex is 40 meters from the residence.
residence is completely closed on 7 ha, and has 2 electric gates. Many parking places 'visitors' are available throughout the area.
