NEWLY RENOVATED! Located in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards, near our family-run winery (certified "Bienvenue à la Ferme" and featuring farm products), our rural gîte welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. For your relaxation, you'll have a large, shaded garden with pleasant views of the vineyards and an outdoor cooking area (gas griddle). The gîte comprises, on the ground floor, a bright and spacious main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and office; a large bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm), a dressing room, and a private shower room; a separate toilet; and a utility room (laundry room). The upper floor comprises two double bedrooms (one with a 140x190cm bed and the other with a 160x190cm bed) and a master bedroom (with a 160x200cm bed). A small attic bedroom with two 90x190cm beds is also included (adjoining and separated by a curtain - €15/bed, linens included, for an additional charge if used). There is also a shower room and a separate WC. Wi-Fi is available. Central gas heating is provided (flat rate from October 15th to May 15th, extra charge applies). Bed linens are included (for tourist stays only). Towels and kitchen linens are available as optional extras. Tourist tax is extra. A seminar room is available. A private above-ground swimming pool (3.8m x 5.80m x 1.20m) is open from June 15th to September 15th, weather permitting. Pets are welcome with a deposit and a supplement of €35 for one pet, €50 for two or more (maximum three pets). Cleaning deposit (€200). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
