Single storey villa located at the bottom of a dead end about 400m from the beach, with a very beautiful open sea view over the entire bay of Cap Chevalier.
House with 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms with two bathrooms and WC, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor salt pool, with solarium and covered terrace to admire the view during your meals.
There is a pool engineer who comes in once a week for maintenance.
Parties are not allowed during the stay because it is a very quiet place and I want it to stay that way.

The view from the large villa and from the terrasse is amazing. The pool with the view is real nice and clean. There are 3 nice large room with 3 air conditioners, washer, dishwasher, ok towels, linen and tv. Excellent WiFi. This is perfect for relaxation at the villa for a few days. Perfect for young couples that want to go to the cap chevalier beach. You should know- there is no cellular coverage around the villa so you can t communicate with the owner at check in if you do not find the villa. We had that problem in the middle of the day, can t imagine checking in at 9pm. - the check in instruction were incomplete - the 350 meters private road to villa is very bad, small car should avoid. There are no sign indicating where the vila is. - from the parking there are 45 steps to the villa- there is a lot of wind day and night- the unit was very clean but there are holes under the door where small lézard and mouse enter, found one live lézard during our stay- the villa comes with very old cookware and no soap, no garbage bag, no … I got more of these in my others stays in Martinique for less Euros.

Nous avons passé un séjour dans une maison avec une très belle piscine et une vue magnifique, ce qui a été le point fort de notre expérience.Cependant, certains points pourraient être améliorés pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable : à notre arrivée, le linge de toilette n’était pas parfaitement propre, le barbecue et les fauteuils de la terrasse auraient mérité un meilleur entretien, et la télévision n’a pas pu être utilisée en raison d’un problème de télécommande. L’hôte avait proposé de chercher une solution, mais nous n’avons pas eu de retour par la suite.L’éclairage fonctionne de manière aléatoire, et pour le lave-linge, il faut penser à mettre la lessive directement dans le tambour. Enfin, le réseau mobile est très faible sur place, mais la connexion Wi-Fi fonctionne bien.Dans l’ensemble, un lieu avec beaucoup de potentiel, surtout grâce à la piscine et à la vue superbes.

D'abord, nous faisons des locations depuis 20 ans et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Voici notre opinion:Les points forts: -la plus belle vue 180 de nos voyages-la tranquillité recherchée et parfaite-la belle brise qui rafraîchit -le coin détente couvert avec le mobilier sectionnel-la bonne communication-la piscineAutres observations:-le chemin d'accès très cahoteux-très peu de fournitures de base dans la cuisine-présences d'oiseaux salissants sur la terrasseMerci pour ce beau voyage!

Villa très fonctionnelle comme chez soi, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les Îlets Chevallier , proche des plus belles plages . Très propre et le propriétaire à l’écoute et fort sympathique . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve !

La vue sur le cap Chevalier est splendide. Le logement est agréable et fonctionnel, et le propriétaire très réactif. Attention à la route d'accès au logement qui est assez cabossée.

Belle villa vue sur mer

La vue est top et la maison bien équipée. La terrasse avec piscine est très agréable et la plage toute proche. L'itinéraire pour l'accès à la maison n'est pas des plus simple. Il faut vraiment suivre les indications de Gildas pour trouver la villa et ne pas se fier aux seules coordonnées GPS. Pour info, on ne capte aucun réseau à la Villa et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Le seul réel point noir durant notre séjour concerne les sargasses qui rendaient la anse Michel impratiquable.

La vue est magnifique, la maison très fonctionnelle. Le seul souci est l'absence ou le faible réseau et un WIFI qui peine à fonctionner. Si vous n'avez pas besoin d'être connecté, l'endroit est idéal.

Belle villa confortable mais d'accés difficile. De la terrasse vue splendide sur l'océanes

Nous aurions pu profiter de la petite piscine agréable si elle avait été abritée du vent qui soufflait fort pdt notre séjour, profiter aussi de la plage anse Michel proche à pied si elle n'avait pas été totalement envahie par les sargasses...Nous avons qd mm pu profiter de la vue magnifique depuis la gde terrasse. A l'arrivée de nuit mpossible de trouver la maison perchée sans l'aide d'un voisin. Quelques pancartes de signalisation depuis la Voie Communale semblent indispensables. Ayant dû prendre la voiture souvent pour les courses, plages baignables et excursions, nous avons trouvé l'accès difficile par le chemin final très pentu et peu carrossable.
