Studio completely renovated in December 2014 with an area of 35m2, not overlooked in a small joint ownership of 6 studios, on the hillside, without elevator.
Breathtaking view of the Diamond Rock, the bay of Sainte Anne and the entrance to the Marin port.
Large protected terrace.
The mezzanine is not included in the rental.
Fully equipped: Air conditioning, 160 bed with mosquito net, fitted and equipped kitchen. Washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Wi-fi connection, television.
Sheets and towels provided.
Welcome on site upon arrival until 8:30 p.m. After this time, the keys will be made available in a place which will be indicated by telephone by the person responsible for reception and the inventory will be made the next day.
Personalized reception after 8:30 p.m. is still possible for € 50 to be paid to the person and upon express request.
THERE IS NO RECEPTION AND DEPARTURE GUARANTEED ON SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS IN MARTINIQUE. (This point must be addressed when booking.)
The studio which is on the top of the Domaine de Belfond is 500m from the village with its shops, its local market and 300m from the Pointe Marin beach. It is also very close to the most beautiful beaches in Martinique: Les Salines, Cap Chevalier, Anse Michel, Anse Trabaud ...
The rental is calculated per night, charges included.
In high period (from 1/12 to 30/4 and from 1/7 to 31/8): € 50 per night,
During low season (from 1/5 to 30/6 and from 1/9 to 30/11): € 40 per night.
A decreasing price is possible depending on the duration of the rental.
