Located in a perfect spot to enjoy both the beach and seaside strolls, this recently renovated house is ideal for discovering the island by bike. Whether you’re seeking relaxation by the ocean or outdoor adventures in nature, this home offers the perfect blend of both.
Inside, the house is designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen lets you cook at home, while the dining area under the veranda provides a lovely setting for meals. The cozy living room, with a convertible sofa, offers a space to unwind after a day of exploring. There’s one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, another with two 80 cm beds (or one 160 cm bed), and a third attic bedroom with two 90 cm beds. A shower room, a bathroom, and two separate toilets complete the layout.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a stove, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. You’ll also have a TV for your entertainment. Outside, enjoy the garden furniture and fixed barbecue for a relaxing evening in the fresh air.
The beach at Gatseau and the Novotel Thalassotherapy center are just 12 minutes by bike. The Grande Plage of Saint Trojan is 22 minutes by bike, and the village center with shops, restaurants, and the port is only 8 minutes away by bike.
