Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel close to the historic centre of Dijon. Staff very helpful with our needs including car charging. Good restaurant.

Overall a good property. The room has good amenities. But the room was extremely small. There was barely any space to move around, because the bed occupied most of the area. Also, the room we were in, had a black painted wall on one side and it was filthy dirty. Since it was next to the bed (and imagine the small size of the room), it was a gross feeling.

Beautiful property and beautiful room. The reception desk kindly helped us to secure taxi transportation to the site of our cruise ship embarkation, as well as to locate distilled water for my husband's medical equipment.

The setting is very nice especially the back patio. The service was very poor especially the maitre’d. He told us to sit in the back patio. We sat for a period of time with no service. It turned out this area was served only by one person that was responsible for the inside bar. We moved and it still took time to receive service. The room had awful shag carpeting. The bathroom set up was weird with the commode located at the entrance away from the rest of the bathroom. The last evening the TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. Find another hotel.

The staff was warm, and very helpful with dinner suggestions and arranging transportation upon our departure. Our room overlooking the park was spacious and immaculate. Beautiful experience!

The staff was excellent. The area is safe to walk around in. We went to dinner at Chez Leon which was one of the restaurants recommended by the hotel. The food was excellent as well as the service with a good price point. Room was clean. Nice bar area.
