Access is via a small private tarmac road at the end of a dead end street with no traffic. Nature lovers, you will discover many hiking trails that will offer you magnificent views of the Dordogne valley. For the more sporty, you can use the equestrian trails, mountain bike routes or go down the 'Esperance River' in a canoe. For the less athletic, naps on the garden beds facing the view and the sound of the cicadas will delight you. Holidaymakers who have been coming for many years appreciate the comfort (even in the off season thanks to the fireplace with insert), the welcome and the great calm of the place and are very surprised to discover this superb view of the Dordogne valley. . You will spend holidays in the countryside with many sites around to visit. Finally, for those who wish to go green to "telecommute", the 4G network works perfectly! On the ground floor, living room, lounge with sofas and armchairs/integrated kitchen area with dishwasher, fireplace with insert, freezer compartment, microwave.
