Probleme de réservation

Nou n avons pas pu loger dans cette location, il doublon de réservation semble-t-il. La propriétaire nous a trouvé un logement de substitution, mais n a pas pas voulu prendre notre numéro de téléphone, ne nous a pas proposé de profiter de la piscine quand même, n'a jamais pris de nos nouvelles et nous ne savons pas si ce logement "de secours" etait moins cher et de combien...
