Renovated old house of 100 m2, a floor served by a quarter turn wooden staircase, located on the edge of the D265, giving access to a plot of 3200 m2, no neighbors, accessible and nearby forests for walks, pickups of fruits and mushrooms in season. The house is very well insulated, with all the comforts and amenities necessary for a good stay. Despite its isolation the house is only fifteen minutes from shops located in Arlanc and la Chaise-Dieu, or half an hour from Ambert and three quarters of an hour from Issoire and Brioude. The property is very close to the Haute-Loire and one can also go to Puy en Velay or its surroundings. In winter, snow can be used for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding for children. You can also go to the ski resorts of Praboure and Chalmazel (near the Col des Pradaux) located about 50 kms away and which have the advantage of being family resorts and therefore accessible to all. To visit also the zoo of Ardes on Couze about 60 km. IMPORTANT: THE HOUSEHOLD COSTS OF 15 EUROS APPLY ONLY IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS SALE from the visitors.
