The holiday flat is spread over two floors: the top floor has two terraces with a view over the sea and the communal swimming pool, the lower floor has a spacious, bright living/dining area that opens up directly onto the stylish balcony overlooking the pool, as well as the retro kitchen and a separate guest WC. The delightfully decorated bedroom that accesses the upper terrace with sea views, a bathroom and an additional WC are also upstairs. Located in a gated residential complex, the holiday apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. It also has its own parking space.

Situated in Les Plaines, a very good and peaceful neighbourhood of Saint-Raphael, the residential complex was built in the style of a small Provençal village and exudes a uniquely cosy ambience. Despite its central location, the apartment is close to the coast and therefore still far removed from St. Raphael’s downtown hustle and bustle. Within only five minutes by car, guests can reach the closest large supermarket, the beach, and the town centre.
