Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (160×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds that can be pushed together
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared unheated swimming pool, open from April to October
- A private 13 m² terrace to enjoy sunny days
