Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber von der Marina St. Lucia mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei und viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir fanden de Lage top. Der Strand ist in ca. 10min fußläufig zu erreichen. An der Strandpromenade kann man in ca. 20min. ins Zentrum von St. Raphael gelangen oder weiter bis zum Hafen von Frejus laufen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Appartementanlage, die sehr gepflegt ist. Zugang zur Anlage ist nur mit Chip möglich. Ebenso gelangt man nur mit Chip in die Tiefgarage zu Stellpatz für das Auto. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut geschnitten, sogar mit Tageslichtbad. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung sehr alt und abgewohnt , trotzdem fühlten wir uns wohl. Vermisst haben wir allerdings einen WLAN -Zugang. Dieser kann nur gegen eine Gebühr, welche uns pers. allerdings zu hoch erschien, dazugebucht werden.
