Close to the typical marina of la Cotiniere, 10 minutes away from the beach, in the quiet Chefmalière village, beautiful, bright and large detached house (180 sq.m) with private garden, patio, car park and second private garden (2000 sq.m). The house is very homely and pleasant all year round, without a neighbour in sight! It is very close to many cycling paths and walking itinerary.
The house has exposed stones and a lot of character in its green surroundings.
