Set in the heart of the Loire valley, this very well equipped and newly renovated gite is presented for the first time.
Stairs from the ground floor lead to two bedrooms with one double and one twin, generously furnished with ample wardrobe space.
Entrance hall gives access to the shower room with washbasin and toilet, a separate toilet with wash basin, and the well equipped kitchen diner, with all the normal amenities, dishwasher to be installed.
The sitting area is adjacent to the dining area and boasts a very comfortable 3 piece suite plus a dralon chesterfield settee, ideal for reading one of the many books available.
Flat screen wall mounted 32” TV with Sky box, and separate DVD player.
Situated at the edge of St Philbert du Peuple, with two local bars and about 20 minutes drive to Saumur the home of the Cadre Noir cavalry, and containing a plethora of restaurants, bars, and a helpful tourist office.
This gite has been renovated to a high standard, and is situated in a peaceful and tranquil environment, with a host of chateaux and attractions close by or just laze around and take in the sun.
We do not accept children or pets and feel that this will suit mature couples looking for a bit of rest and relaxation, or possibly active couples interested in cycling or walking pursuits, an abundance of birdlife is complimented by the occasional appearance of deer making their way across the adjacent fields. The property is comfortably furnished throughout, unfortunately photography is not our forte however the bedrooms are more than adequate and retain a little of the original beams.
We also maintain a no smoking policy within the building.
