Large family house with garden, 150 m², 10 minutes from the beach

House built in the 80s, renovated when we bought it, with kitchen and bathroom renovated in 2015.
The furnishings are modern in style.

The ground floor consists of
- the entrance (with the staircase),
- a large kitchen area (see below) + television lounge (the large purple sofa) + dining room (large glass table, extendable, from 6 to 10 people) + a second lounge (two brown sofas, for reading or children's games),
- a boudoir bedroom with a bed (clic clac),
- the laundry room / garage, with a washing machine 8 kg and a dryer with heat pump 10 kg, 1 second freezer, and a second fridge.
- a toilet

This large space on the ground floor is a beautiful living space, allowing you to cook, watch TV or a Blue Ray, read quietly, eat, play ... All without stepping on each other !

The kitchen is also provided for cooking: a 4-burner staggered hob, a food processor (bowl + blender), a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, full of cupboards and everything you need in a kitchen ... In the garage are also stored two raclette machines, an electric plate for pancakes, an acti-fry for homemade fries ... Yes, we like to eat well!

Heating and hot water are provided by a gas boiler, which is maintained annually by Engie / Axima. There is also a carbon monoxide detector, to eliminate the risk of poisoning.

Upstairs there are:
- a landing which distributes all the parts (with a fire detector ...)
- 1 children's room with two bunk beds,
- 1 children's room with a 'fire truck' bed + 1 bed (sliding under the bed)
 - 1 games room with a sofa that can be turned into a sleeping area,
- 1 bedroom / office, with a desk downstairs, and a mezzanine bed (BE CAREFUL, access is via an unsecured sucker ladder, this mezzanine space is strictly prohibited for children)
- 1 office, which serves as an activity room for children ... We put a large dining table to serve as a desk office. We have room to work on drawings and paintings!
- 1 bathroom with spa bath, and shower cabin.

Outside, there is a first space, overlooking the street, allowing to park a car, in the shade of a beautiful tree (a birch).

On the other side of the house, there is a garden, completely fenced (no risk of small children going on the road) with there again a grove of big trees (still big birches!), which hides a house for children.

A terrace, a glass table and chairs allow you to eat outside
in fine weather. In summer, we even install an inflatable pool / spa!

In the grass, a swing offers the possibility of lying down at 1, 2 or 3, to take advantage of the gentle air. From there, you can easily watch the freshwater sailors who will climb to the assault of the wooden structure which imitates a drakkar, and which allows you to enjoy the slide, the swing, the rope ladder ...

Two mini vegetable gardens allow you to enjoy raspberries, mint and fresh thyme, and what the snails haven't eaten yet!

** What to do in St Nazaire?

Walk :
- we are very close (literally) to the shops: Leclerc hypermarket and its shopping arcade, Décathlon, ...
- a small wood for a digestive walk
- 5 minutes walk, the immaculate city center and its city center shops await you (baker, restaurants, bars, etc.).
- 10 minutes away on foot, the lake with a play area for children and a 5km - 1 hour-long walk around the lake

5 minutes by car, we have:
- the city center of St Nazaire, with its tourist office in the submarine base, and its tours (submarine, local industrial sites: Chantiers de l'Atlantique and Airbus, museums, and so on), its cinemas, and a little further, the bars and restaurants on the seafront ...
- the commercial area of Trignac ... If you can't find what you're looking for, then I don't know what to do!

10 minutes by car, we have
- the beach !
- the village of St Marc, and its more intimate beaches,
- the Briere, wild and mysterious,
- Pornichet, its beaches and its port,
- the medieval city of Guérande ...

Within 30 minutes, the main tourist sites are accessible: boat trips on the canals of Brière, La Baule, Le Croisic, La Turballe, St Brevin, St Michel Chef Chef (with the St Michel biscuit factory), .. .

45 minutes to the east, the Atlantis shopping area in St Herblain (with many more shops!), near Nantes, and access to the tram for the city center of Nantes, European green capital in 2013.
To the south, Pornic welcomes you.
Finally, to the north, La Roche Bernard, Vannes and wild Brittany await you.

Can we come with children?
... This house is particularly recommended for children! We have two kids of 4 and 5 years old, the rooms and the toys are therefore in keeping.

For older children, we have a Wii, a BlueRay player (with a DVD and BluyRay library), a TV decoder and a connected TV (if you want to benefit from your Netflix subscription on SmartTV)

For brains, many books and comics should suit you.

Why such a competitive price?
We rent the house in which we live for the year ... So we can't "empty" it before renting it. You will enjoy the house, the garden, everything ... but there will still be our things in the cupboards.
Besides, not everything is perfect ... If the kitchen, and the ground floor and the bathroom have been refurbished, there are sometimes elements that have not been taken over. We are talking about a few details, but there is a plug in a bedroom that does not work, and some finishes that have not been finished ... Details.
There are undoubtedly perfect houses ... but not at our price!

In short, this is our nest, and we lend it to you ... Take care!
